The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at least ~/~,Fs;920. and therefore that sum Vr111 be assessed against the property benefited thereby. 2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer sha11 forthwith calculate the .proper amount to be apecia7ly assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the district affected w ithout regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his' office for. public inspection. 3.
