RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPQSED ASSESSMENT FOR

WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the following
Beginning at the intersection of Lyndale Avenue and 62nd Street;

contract price for ^uch improvement is X77,426.00 and the expenses incurred or to

be incurred in the making of said improvement amounts to at least ~$,559.~
so that the total estimated cost of the improvement w311 be g~,~5.('~
this cost the Village will pay ~3Rt~5.~
NOW THgREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Richfield, M~.nnesotas
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be at least ~/~,Fs;920. and therefore that sum Vr111 be assessed against
the property benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer
sha11 forthwith calculate the .proper amount to be apecia7ly assessed for such
improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the
district affected w ithout regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his' office for. public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.
Adopted by the Council this 8th day of Augusts 1955.
