RESOLUTION 1:UTI~RTZING f.CQUI5ITI0N OF STREET RIGHT OF
WAY ON LOGl,N tiVENUE, 72nd to ?3rd STREETS
WHE~Et~5~ it is necessary to the public health, safety, convenience
and general welfare of the residents of the Village of Richfield to
acquire the Westerly thirty (30) feet of the West eight (8) rods of
the North twenty (20) rods of Government Lot Four (fit), Section Thirty
three (33), Township Twenty-eight (28), Range Twenty-four (2!t) as a
portion of Logan 1~venue bstw®en 72nd and 73rd Streets, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property, Kenneth H. DuKatz and
Isabelle DuKatz, are willing to convey said right of way to the
Village of Richfield, provided they are paid the Bum of Nine
Hundred Dollars 0900.00) for damage to 35 trees boated on said
right of way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows r
1. Tt is hereby determined to acquire said right of way and to
pay the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars 0900.00) for damage to trees
• located on said right of ways to the own®rs of the same.
2. That the V~.llage Mayor, Manager, Financ8 Officer and fittorney
are hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary
to effect the acquisition of such right of way on the aforementioned
terms.
3. That all casts and expenses in connect~.on therewith shall be
charged against the Village Pro~eet No, 308 Cor~truction Fund.
