NOIfJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the V3lls.ge of
Richfield, Minnesota s
1. That such project is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution No. 7~.0 adopted on the 11th day of July 1955.
2. That the Village Eng~.neer is hereby designated as the Engineer for
this improvement. He shall prepare plans ~.nd specifications for the making of
such improvement.
