July, 1955, the Village Clerk ~~s directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of Street Grading and T3i'cuminous Sidet~~alk, Village Project No.. 316,

proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection,

1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22rx~ -day of August, 1955,
in the Council Chamber-' of the Richfield Vi11Gge Hall a.t ?:15 o'clock p.m.,
to pass upan such proposed assessment and at such tame and ~~lace all persons
owning property affected Yfy such improvement t~r3.11 be given an o~por~cwaity to
be heard with reference to such im?~rove~cent.
