July, 1955, the Village Clerk ~.s directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost cif Sanitary Sewer Conutruction, Village Project No. 3~,
AND 1~~sS, The Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
ias~ction~
NC~f THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
Of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of Augusts 1955
3.n the Council Chambers of the R3.chf field Village Ha13 at 7 :15 0 ~ clods p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement trill be given an opportunity to
be heard Frith reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment 'co be pub73.shed once in the o~'f3ciG.1
newspa~r at least two weeks prior to the Hearing a~ he shaoll state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
