TdHEREAS, by a Resolution passed ~ the Council on the llth day of-July, 1955,
the Village Clerk was directed to ?prepare a proposed assessment of the cost
of Street Grading Village Project No. 306,

proposed assessment has been completed and filed in has office for ~~ublic
inspectioa,

of Richfield, P~i.nnesota:
. 1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of august, 2955,
in the Council Chambers of the H3.chfield Village Hall at 7 X15 0 ~ clock p.m.,
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
o~ming property affected by such improvement wi11 be given an opportunity to
be heard t~.th reference to such improvement.
2. The V311age Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to lxi rna,~al3shedonce in the a°ficial
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the
notice the 'total oost of the improvement.
