RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 22, 1955 ON
PROPOSED ASSESS~,fEliFf FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 291
1~EAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of
July, 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a ~~roposed assessment of
the cost of Street Grading, Village Pro3ect No. 291,
ARID I~lR1FREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for pub]3c
inspection,
RTOt~1 THEREFOr+E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of .the Village
of Richfield, Minxiesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of kugust, 1955,
in the Council Chamfers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:15 o'clock p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property sffect by such. improvement will be given an opportunity to
bs heard with reference to-such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed essess~rent to be published once in the official
ne~aspaper at least two weeks prior t~ the Hearing end he shall state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
