SEAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of
July, 1955, the Village Clerk iras directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of Concrete Sidewalk, Villago Pro3ect No. 281
AND ~dI~REAS, the Va.llage Clerk has notified the Council that sash
proposed assessment has been completed and filed 3.n his office for public
ins~ction,

of ~t3chfield, Minnesota s
1. A Fublic Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of August, 19~5~
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Mall at 7 sly 0 ~ clock p.m, ~
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place a,11 persons
o~.ming property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such 3xnprovement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a. notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to L-e published once in the official
newspaper at leapt t~ao weeks prior to t he Hearing and he shall state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
