July, 1955, the Village Clerk !res directed to prepare a proposed assess~cent
of the cost of Street Grading, Village .Project No. 25g,
AND ~ ~' ,the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been com,~letecl and filed in his office for public
inspection,
NOG1 THEREFORE, ~ IT RE5OLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of ~ Richfield, Nj3.nnesota: `
1. A P~zblic Bearing shall be held on the 22nd day of August, 1955y
is the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall. at 7:15 o'clock p•m.,.
to pass upon such proi~osed assessment and s.t such time and place alt persona

to be heard 4r1.th reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby-directed to cause a notice of the
Bearing on the pro~~osed assessment to be published once in the official news-
;~a.per at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he-shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
