PROPOSED ASSESS~~ENT FOR V'TLLAGE PROJECT N0. 236
L~l~REAS, by a resolution passed by the Counc.~ on the 11th day of
July; 1955, ttie Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed as5ess~se~xt of
the cost of Alley Grading, Village Project No. 236,
AND t~J~~'~,EAS, the Village Clerk has notified 'ihe Council that such
proposed a:~sessment has been completed and filed in his office for pubZ3c
ins~ction,
NO[•1 T~IEREFQRE, ~ IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, i~innesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall toe held on the 22nd day of August, 1955,
in the Council Chambers of the Ricti"ield Village Ha11 at 7:15 o'clock p.m., to
pass upon such proposed assessment and ut such time end place all persons
owning property ~'fected ~ such improvement wi11•bo given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to~1.~e published once in the official news-•
paper at least taro weeks prior to the Hearing and. he shall state in the notice
the to~.1 cost of the improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 25th day of July, 1955.
