Julys 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Street Grading Village Project 234,

Hearing on the proposoc? assessment to be published once 3n the .official netas-
paper at least tiro weeks prior to the Hearing and He shall s'~eate in the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
