July, 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Street Grading,.V311age Pro~ectt No. 232,
AND i~tI~EAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed ^ssessment has been completed and filed in has office for public
inspeetion~
NO~~ TH~REFORE~BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, gS.nnesotaa
1. A Public Hearing sha.].]. ~ held on the 22nd day of August, 1955,
in the Council Chafnbers of the Richfield Village Hall at ?e15 O~cloek p.m.
to pa .s upon such proposed assessment and at such tip and place a].1. persons
owning pro~rty affbcted by such improvement will be given an opportun3.ty to be
heard t~rith res~~eno~ to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby d~.rected to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to l;e ,published once. in •~he official news-
paper at least two `,reeks parlor to the Hearing and he sha17. state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
