July,~1955, the Village Clerk eras directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the oost of Street Grading Village Project No. 231,
AHD tntI~REAS, the Vai].7.age Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has men completed and f31ed in his office for public
inspection,

of Richfield, M-~nxiesota:
1. A Pub]3c Hearing s ha11 be held on the 22nd day of Atzgwst, 1955;
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
o~,ming proper affected by such improvement tri11 be given an on,~ortunity to
be heard faith-referenoe to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior to t he Hearing and he shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
