NOT~1 THEREFORE, T~ ST RESOLVED 'by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield Tyinnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on.the 22ndc?sy of August, 1955
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hgll ~zt 7:15 O~clock p.m. to
pass upon such proposed assessment ant? a-c such time and place all persons
owning property affected. by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
2t The Village Clerk is hereby directec? -+~~o cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be y~ublislied once in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he sh~~.] 1. state in .the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
