WHF,REAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of
Julys 1955; the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Alley Grading ---. Village Pro~ect.No. 220
AT]D [IDEAS, the Village Clerk has notified the (~outtci]. that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in has office for pub7.ic
inspeci;ion~
NO[I TI~RLFORE, ~ IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Rich"3e1d9 I~3nnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of August, 1955,
to pe°a upon. such proposed assessment and at such time and place all arsons
owning propert'~r affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to ~
heard vrl.th reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hcar?~,;, on tho proposed assessment to be •:?ublished once in_ the official ne~ls-
paper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall s-~te in the notice
tine to-ca.1 cost of the improvement.
