GIHEREAS, by a Resolution passed bye the Council on the 11th day of
July, 1955, the V311age Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed es~ebsmen't
of the cast of Street Grading, Village Project No. 215, -
AND L~HEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his offieefor public
inspo,~~tion,
NOtid THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED by -`~,he Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A Rublic Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of Augwst~ 1955,
in tle Council Chambers oz" the Richfield Village Hell at 7:15 O~clock P.M.
to pees upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
ow~zi_*~ pr;:perty affected by' such improvement tai11 be given aza opportunity to

2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
