~•~AS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of
July, 1955, the V3Lage Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cast of Street Grading, Village Project No. 194,

proposed assessment has been completed and filed in has c~ff3ce for rubl~.e

N06d '~I~P~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi1lag~e Council of the V'$11age
of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A public Hearing shall ~ held on the 22nd day of August, 1955
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Vi11a~;e Hall at 7:15 Otclock P.~i. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such tame and place all persons
owning property affected 13y- such improvement t,rlll be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such improvement.
z. The Village Clerlc 3s hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to 1~e published once 3n the official news-
paper at least two breaks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
