I~JHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of
3uly, 1955, the Village Clerk ~~.s directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of St~^eet Grading, ViLtage Project No. 164.
AND 61H~TAS~ the Village Clerk has notified the council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office x"or In~.b]3c
inspection.
N01rJ T~~'~EFORE, T:E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ~' THE VILLAGE
OF RICHFIELD, MINI~OTA:
1. A Public Hearing sha]1 be held on the 22nd day of August, 1955
3.n the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Ha11 at ?~l5 O~clock P.M.,
to pass upon such proposed assessment-and at such time end place all persoas
otira3ng property affected ty such improeeinent will be given an opportunity to
be Heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice o£ the
Rearing on the proposed assessment to be published once. in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior to the Rearing and he shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 25th day of Ju1v. 1955.
