RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED

E,IAEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on the 11th day of
July, 1955, the V311age Clerk Baas directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of concrete curb and gctter~ Village Project Tao. 162.
AND WHEREAS, the Village C1erlc has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOTrI THEREFORE, 8E .IT RESOLVED DY THE VIL]~iGE COUNCIL ~ THE VILLAGE
OF RICHFICLD, T•TlNNI~SOTA:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of Augusts 1955,
in the Council Ch~°~inlcers of the I'~ichfield V311~ge Hall at 7:15 O~clock P.T~I. to
' Bass upon such proposed assessment and ~t such tame and place all persons
odming property ai°fec-t~c•:1 T_y such 3lnprovement ~r1.11 be given an opportunity to
be heard vri.th reference to such improvement.
2. Tho Village Clerk is hereby directed. to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published onoe in the official news-
p~.per at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shal]. state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
