July, 1955, the Village Clerk eras directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of street grading, Village Project No. 155.
AND tniFE~iEAS, .the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for pubLlc
ins~ction.
N0~1 TI~REF~tE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
QF' RICHFIELD, A+~SOTA:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 22nd defy of Augusts 1855,
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Vi7.lage NAIL at 7:15 O~cloolt P.M, to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and plane all persons owning
property affected by such improvement wall be given an opportunity to ba heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official netas-
paper at least tiro weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice
th® total cost of the improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 25th day of duly, 1955.
