such proposed assessment has been completed and f3led~in hie office for
public inspection,.
RTOGJ THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED BY THE V:~LT~iGE COtJHCIL ~' THE

1. A Publie Hearing sha11 be held on the 22nd day of August
1955, 3n the Council Chambers of the Richfield ~i1ls,ge Ha11 at ?:l5
otclack P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment anc? at such t~ and
place all persons o~~rning properly affected by such improner~ent gill be
g~.vea an opportunity to be heard yrith reference to such improeement.
2. The V311.age Clerk is hereby directed 'to vause a notice of
the hearing an the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at i east two weeks prior to the I~aaring and he sre7.l sfs~te in the
not~.ce the total cost of '~`~he improvement.
