BE TT RESOLVID BY The Village Council of the village of Richfield,
FIennepin County, Nixnnesota, as follows:
1. WIHERFBvS., it is necessary to acquire said right of way on Vincent
Avenue between dl~th and 65th Streets and particularly the East 30 feet of
the North 3.~4 feet of Lot Seven (7),~ Richfield Gardens, which the owners
thereof have agreed to convey voluntarily if they are reimbursed in the
amount of X100.00 for the damage uh ich wi 11 result to their garden on said
premises..
It i~ hereby determined to allow the claim of the owners thereof,
Emih A.. Beckmann. and Elizabeth N„ Beckmann, for the sum of X100.00 a~ re-•
imbursement for such damage.
2. The cost thereof shall be charged against the Construction gund,
Village Project No. 291.
3. The Village 1'~anager, Mayor, Finance Officer and Attorney are
hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to
effect the acquisition of said easement upon the aforementioned basis.
