RE50LUTION AUTHORIZING CC1VD~iNATION OF
CERTAIN LAND Fit STREET PURPC6ES (VINCENT )
AVENUE BETWEEN 6l~T H AnID 65TH STREETS )
BE IT RE50LVID BY THE VILIAC~E COUNCIL ~ THE Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Nd.nnesota, as follows:
1; Tt is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public health, safety, convenience and general welfare to acquire for street
purposes the following described parcels of land in the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County State of l~innesota, to wit:
The Easterly thirty (30) feet of the North Two Hundred
Ninety (290) feet of Lot Seven (7)~ Richfield Gardens,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said
Hennepin County, ~Tinnesota.
2. That the Village Attorneys M~.yor~ Manager and Finance ~Officex
are hereby authorized and directed to take any and all steps necessary to
acquire an easement for street purposes over and across said parcel of land
by eminent domain proceedings..
3. That all. costs, expenses and awards in connection therewith
shall be paid out of the Street Grading Fro~ect Fund.
