WHEREAS, The Commiassioner of Highways has prepared prel~tminary plans
designated as Layout 11~..~, for the improvement _of a part of Trunk Highway
No. 52 ~rentmtbered as Trunk Highway No. 100 within the corporate limits .of
the Village of Richfield from Eerxes l~venue to r°ort Sne].lirig Cemetery; and
WHEREAS, said prelimin,arg plans 'are on file in the office of the De-
partmsnt of Highways, St. Paul, A~.nnesota being marked, labeled and ideas-
tified as State Project 2732-O1 (T. Hs 100~~and
~dR~EAS copies of s aid preliminary plans also marked, labeled and ideas-
tified are also on file in the office of the V~llagb Clerk (C.•3068);
