le THAT iT IS HEREBY DETERMINED THAT THE BID OF CARL BoLANDER r~ SONS CO., OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA,
IS THE LOWEST DID BY A RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAGE PROJECTS N0. 17G AND 312,
(STREET GRADING . .
2. THAT THE DID OF THE CARL COLANDER tK SONS CO. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAGE PROJECTS N0. 17.6
AND 312, ON A UNIT PRICE BASIS AT THE PRICE CONTAINED IN THEIR PROPOSAL OF JUNE G, 1955, WITH AN
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST OF $45,915.85 IS HEREBY ACCEPTED.
3. THAT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT BETWEEN SAID CARL BOLANDER & SONS CO. AND THE VILLAGE ~' RICHFIELD,
DATED JUNE 13, 1955, BE GIVE'--.CLERKS FILE NO. 0 3014 ~ AND BE PLACED ON FILE. THAT SAID
PROPOSED CONTRACT FOR THE COflJSTRUCTION OF SAID VILLAGE PROJECTS NO. 17G AND 312, LS HEREBY APPR01tED AND
ADOPTED, AND THE MAYOR AND MANAGER ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT FOR AND
ON DEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, AND THE VILLAGE CLERK IS AUTHORIZED ANO DIRECTED TO AFFIX~THE
VILLAGE SEAL THERETO.
4e THAT PAYMENTS TO BE MADE UNDER THE TERMS OF SAID CONTRACT SHALL BE CHARGED AGAINST THE
CONSTRUCTION f UND e
5, THAT THE CORPORATE SURETY BOND Ild THE 5UM OF THE ESTIMATED CONTRACT PRICE WHICH ACCOMPANIES SAID
PROPOSED CONTRACT IS HEREBY ACCEPTED AND APPROVED.
6e THAT THE CLERK 15 AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO RETURN THE SECURITY DOCUMENT t0 THE UN5UGCESSFUL
BIDDER UPON THE EXECUTION OF SAID PROPOSED CONTRACT.
