INTEREST IN FORTHCOMING BOND S~
WHFAF~S, it is in the best interest of the Village of Richfield
to send a member of the council. to Chicago to promote interest in the
forthcoming sale of ~1„1~7.0=.OOOr00 Improvement Gonda of 1955, and
WI~IERE~S, authorization for such trip way, given informally by a
majority of the meml~rs of the Village Council on June 1~ 1955,
NOfnT THEREFG~RE, BE IT RES OLVED by the .Village council of the
Village of Richfield
1. That the councils s informal action to authors a Mayor
Fred 0, Kittell~ to proceed to Chicago in the company of T. G.- Evenson
to promote interest in the forthcoming sale of ~1,I~].0,000.00 Improve-
ment Bonds of 1955 be, and the same hereby is,. ratified. -
2. That the sum of X75.00 authorized for expenses be, and the
same hereby is, ratified.
3. That the action of the mayor, manager and clerk-treasurer
in drawing check #597 ~.n the amount of X75000 payable to John D.
Shields, be and the same hereby is, ratified.
!~. That the action of John Do Shields s endorsing check #597 in
the amount of X75.00 to Fred 0. K3.ttell be, and the same hereby is,
ratified.
