RESOLUTION APPOINPTNG VTLLdGE I+~NACER
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Counci>a of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That Oliver R, Van Krevelen is hereby designated and appointed as
the Village Manager of the Village of Richfield effective June lath, 1955.
2, That his salary for the remainder of the calendar year 1855
shall be at the rate of ~p11,000.00 per annum.
3. That he shal>ibe entitled to such sick leave, holidays and
vacation as are provided for employees of the Village pursuant to the Per-
sonnel Ordinance.
~. That in addition to the benefits provided in Paragraph 3
hereof he shall~be authorized to attend the regional and annual conferences
of the I nternationa>` City Managers Association at Village expense.
5. That for the perial from June lx 1955 to June 15th 1955, he
is hereby designated and appointed as assistant Village Manager during
which period he shall. assist the Village Manager and $hall.fami.liarize
himself with the duties of the office which he is to assume; and that
during said period his salary and the increments of his office shall. be
the same as are provided in Paragraphs 2 and 3 hereof. -
