RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRAII~FERS C~' FUNffiFOR PURCI~SE
t&' PIAYGROUND EQUT
WHEREAS, the West Richfield Pre.Schoo7~ 1~thers~ Club has donated the
sum of ~250.Q0 to the village of Richfield for the purchase of playground
equipment in Fairwood Park, and
I~~, the Village Council is very appreciative of this donation
and
TrdHEREAS, the village Council.. has determined that equal sums of money
should be transferred from the General Fund and from the Liquor Store Fund
for the purchase of playground equipment in Fairwood Park
NOi~, THEREFORE, BE IT Rk~OLVID by the village Council of the village
of Richfield as follows:
l.. That the donation of the West Richfield Fre-School Mothers
Club in the amount of X250.00, deposited in the Trust & Escrow Fund, be,
and the same hereby asp transferred to the Park Fund for the purchase of
• playground equipment in Fairvaood Park.
2. -That the sum of ~p250.00 be, and the same hereby is, transferred
from the Contingency Appropriation. of the General Fund to the Park Fund
for the purchase of play~ound equipment in Fairwood Park.
3. That the sum of $250.,00 bey and the same hereby is, transferred
from the Liquor Store Fund to the Park Fund•for the purchase of playground
equipment in Fairwood }Park. •
