RE.50LIJPION PROHIBITING A1UD ELIMIN&TTNG ENCRO&CH-
P9ERTf TN THE VICINITY OF' BRIDGE X6851. INTERSECTION

WHEREAS, the Village of Richfield has approved the plans and specifica-
tions for the improvement of that art of Trunk Highway No« 52 renumbered as
Trunk Highway No. 100 within the corporate limits of the Village of Richfield
Bridge 6851 at intersection of T .H.. 65 and T .H.. 100; and
WHERE~.S in order to obtain Federal aid in
Trunk Highway Noa 52 renumbered as Trunk Haghwa
Roads requires the assurance that the Village o~
encroachment of any nature or k3~nd whatsoever on
Trunk Highway No. 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway

the construction of said
No. 100 the Bureau of Public

the right of way of said
No. 100 within the corporate
WHEREASS the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest of public
safety that all parking of behacles on said trunk highway be parallel with
the curb and at least 20 feet from any crosswalk.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVID that said Village of Richfield does hereby
agree and covenant that it wall never permit or suffer, within Sts corporate
]a.mits, any encroachment of any kind whatsoever including curb gas pumps and
gas stations, billboards or other structures of any kind whatsoever upon the
right of way of Trunk Highway No. 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway Nom lO0 and
to the above end said Village of Richfield hereby agrees that it va 11 never
issue any li.cense~ permit, or grant,. or give any leave or liberty or any other
consent of whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any encroach-
ment whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations billboards or other
structures of any kind whatsoever, upon said right of way; and that said
Village of Richfield will cooperate insofar as possible to eliminate exa-sting
encroachments constituting traffic hazards and will further take any necessary
action to eliminate any encroachment that may hereafter e~.st on said trunk
hi:~hway right of way; and
BE 1T Ft1RTHER RESOLVED that said Village of Richfield does hereby agree
to require the parking of all vehicles on said trunk highway to be parallel
with the- curb and at least twenty (20~ feet from any crosswalks on all public
streets intersecting said trunk highway within the corporate limits of said
Village of Richfield.
