WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifica-
Lions for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Noa 52 renumbered as
Trunk Highway No« 100 within the corporate l.i.mits of the Village of Richfield,
Bridge 6851 at intersection of T .H.. 65 and T . H. 100; and
WHEREAS said plans are on file in~the office of the Department of High-
ways~ St., 1'aa.ly Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Minnesota
Prod. No« IN 390-4 (1) S.P. 2732-12 (100-52) and

WHEREAS said specifications are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, St. Paul,. Minnesotan being marked, labeled, and identified as
Pti.nn.. Pro3.. No. IN 390-4 (1) S.P. 2732-12 (100-52), which, together with the
M'i.nnesota. Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated
July is 19l~7, and Supplement No.. 1 to the T~i.nnesotaDepartment of Highways Speci-
fications for Highway Constructions effective April 15, 1953, on file in the
office of the Commissioner of highways, constitute the specifications for said
improvement of Trunk Highw~~ No. 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 100; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled,.
and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerks and
WHEREAS the term ~~said plans and specifica.tions~~ as hereinafter used
in the body of this resolution sha71 be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
and incorporate the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals par-
t3.cularly identified and described.
NO,d, THEN, BE a RESOLVED that said plans and specifications for the
improvement of Trunk Highway No« 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 100
within the limits of the Vil7.age of Richfield be and hereby are approved
BE IT FUkl' HER R~ OLVED that the elevations and grades. as. shown in said
plans and specifications be and they are hereby approved and. consent is here-
by given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of
said Trunk Highway No« 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway No.. 100 in accordance
with said plans and specifications.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 9th
day of May, 1955.
