1$0'ud~ THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that sa~.d Village of Richfield does hereby
agree rand covenant that it ta9.11. newer permit or suffers within its corporate
lamats~; any encroachment of any kind thatsoever~ including ourb gas pumps
and gas stations billboards or other' strt~,ctuses of any kind whatsoever: upon
the right of way of Trunk Highway Nob 52 renumbered as Trunk HH~l.ghway No. x.00
and to the above end said Village of Richfield hereby agrees that it wi.l,l.
never issue any licenses permits or grants or give a~ leave or liberty or
any other consent of whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any
encroachment whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations! bil].baards
or other structures of any kirnl whatsoever upon said right of way; and that
said V317a ge of Richfield will cooperate insofar as possible to eliminate
existing encroachments constituting traffic hazards and will furtd~er take any
r~cessary action to eliminate any encroa.chACent that may hereafter exist on
said trunk high~tay right of way; and
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED THAT said Village of Richfield does hereby agree
to require the parking of al]. vehicles on said gunk highway to be parallel
with the curb and at least twenty (20) feet from any crosswalks on all public
streets intersecting said trunk highway within `the corporate limits of said
V3,llage of Richfield.
