WI~RE~+S, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifica-
tions for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 50 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 65 within the corporate l-+m;ts of the Villa ge of Richfield
from the West 76th St, to south corporate limits.g and
WHEREAS; said plans are on file in the office of the Department of High-
waysy St., Pauh Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and ident~'ied as; S.P.
2727-17 ~ «H.- 65 50) 9 and
WHERF~IS, said specifications are on file in the office of the Depart-
ment of Highways St.. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified
as S.P4. 2727-17 (fi,H., 65-50) Which, tors;et'.~e-r with the Iinnesota Department
of HigP_~ays Specifications fo.~^ flig'_~~,T~:,;- Constructions dated July 1~ 1947, and
Supplei:_ent No. 1 to the Minnesota I~r~.~clnent of Highwa.~ Specifications for
Highway Construction, effe .five ~~p~ il. 15, 1953, on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement
of Trunk Highwa~r Number 50 renumbe:ed as Trunk Highway Number 65; and
WHEREP.S conies of said pl~::~s ana specifications as ~o marked, labeled,
and identified a;°e also on file in the office of .the Village Clerk;, and
WHEREAS, the term ~~aa:id plans and specifications" as hereinafter used
in the body of this resolution shad be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
and incorporate the plans a.nd specifications as in the foxegoing recitals
particularly identified and described.
P1OnT, THEN, BE IT IFS07~VED that said plans and specifications for the
improvement of Trunk T~? giraray T?umber 50 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 65
within the limits. of the ~iillage of R.ichfi eld be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHEk RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said
plans and specifications be and th~~,T are hereby approved and consent is here-
by given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of
said Trunk Highway No,, 50 renumbered as Trunk Highway No, 65 in accordance
with said plans, and specifications.
