WAS, the Comn-i.ssioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifica-
tions for the improvement of a part of T rank H ighway No. 52 renumbered as
Trunk Highway No« 100 within the- corporate limits of the Village of Richfield,
from Penn Avenue to Lyndale Avenue; and
WISs said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways ~ St+ Maul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State
Pro~« No.. 2732..13 T.H. 100-52); and
WHERE,~S ~ sa~.d specifications are on file in the office of the Depart-
ment of Highways, St.. Paz 1, N6.nnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified
as State Proj. No.. 2732-13 (~T.H. 100-52) which, together with the P~.nnesota
Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Constructions dated July 1,
19l~7, and Supplement No. 1 to the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifica-
tions for Highway Construction, effective Apri]~ 15, 1953, on file in the
office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for
said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway No.
100; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled,
and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term ~~said plans and specificationsn as hereinafter used
in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
and incorporate the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals par-
ticularly identified and described.
NQiJ, THEN, BE IT RF~OLVED, that said plans and specifications for the
improvement of Trunk Highway No. 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 100 within
the l; m; is of the Vi3.la. ge of Richfield be and hereby are approved.,
BE IT Ft~THER RESONID, that the elevations and grades as shown in said
plans and specifications be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby
given to any and a17~. changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said
Trunk Highway No« 52 renumbered as Trunk Highway No.. 100 in accordance with
said plans and specifications..
