CF VTLT&GE PROJECT NO. 250
WHERE@.S, this council has previously determined to construct Village
Project No. 250,. sharing the expense thereof with Hennepin County, and
WHEREEli.S, plans and specifications for said project have heretofore been
prepared by the County Engineer of Hennepin Covnty~ which have been approved
by Resolution No« 653 and Resolution No. b83 of this councils and
WHERF~S, it appears necessary and desirable to construct said improve-
ment by agreement wi th Hennepin County, pursuant to the provisions of Minne-
sota:statutesa Section 160.431y subd. 3, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Hennepin County for the construction
of said :unprovement entitled ~~Agresment for Division of Cost for Concrete
Paving and Other improvements of State .~.id Road No. 53'- and dated May 3,
1955 has been presented to this oouncil
NOW, THERIIi'ORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Richf~.eld,~ Minnesota, as follows
l~. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
healthy sefai~~. order, convenience, prosperity and general we3.fare to con-
struct~said Village Project No. 250, jointly and pursuant to contract with
Hennepin County Minnesota, and said improvement shal>i be so constructed.,
2. That a copy of the aforementioned agreement be hereby ordered to be
placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk and given Clerks File
No. 20&l.
3~ That the provision .of said agreement are hereby approved,; and the
Inlay, or and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute copies of
said agreement. for and on behs.lf of the Village of Richfield.
4. That it is hereb$ determined that said agreement, in designating the
Westerly terminus of said improvement at approximately 240 feett~Jest of
Lyndale Avenue, refers to the same westerly terminus as is referred to in
the aforementioned Resolution No. 683 as being 205 feet t~Test of Lyndale Avenue,
inasmuch as one of said distances is measured from the center line of Lyndale
Avenue while the ether is measured from the westerly line of Lyndale Avenue.
