Village of Richfield are hereby cancelled and the County .Auditor is hereby
authorized and directed to delete said special assessments:from the special
assessment rolls in his office whether such specia7L assessments have hereto-
fore or mfr hereafter become payable said lots and parcels of land being
designed by the County Auditor for record purposes as follows:.
