to the Village of Richfield for a total consideration of TUO Hundred Dollars
(200.00) is determined to be a fair and reasonable offer and the same is
hereby accepted.
3~ That the Village lfanager~ Mayors Fin~ce Officer and Attorney
are hereby authorized and directed to take any and all steps nedessary to
effect the purchase of said easement in accordance with the terms of the
aforementioned offer.
4. That the cost of said easement shall be charged against and paid
from the Village Frojecct No. 230 Construction Fund.
