RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS; SUBSTITUTING CORRECTIONS; AND AUTHORIZING
REFUNDS OF OVER. - PAYMENTS
WHEREAS, the following assessments were levied and installments were paid
on Lot 10, Block 1, Fairwood Shores Addition, Plat 45365, Parcel 2400 and on
Lot 11, Block 1, Fairwood Shores Addition, Plat 45365, Parcel 2600.

Addition, Plat 45365, Parcels 2400 and 2600 respectively, be and they hereby are
cancelled.
2. That the following assessments be substituted:
