RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONTINUANCE OF THE CONTRA~.CT

WHEREAS, the governing body of the Village of Richfield, has hereto-
fore entered into a written contract dated I~Iarch 8, 1951, between said
municipality and the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board of the County
of Hennepin for the administration and supervision of poor relief in said
municipality and
WHERE~'a5 it is the desire of both the said municipality and said
Suburban Hennepin County Relief Hoard to continue the terms of said con-
tract in full force and effect until such time as the same may be can-
celed by either party thereto as in said contract provided.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that all of the terms, conditions
and provisions of that certain contract heretofore entered into between
said Village of Richfield and the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Hoard,
be, and the same hereby are continued in full force and effect and are
binding upon both par ties thereto the same as though said contract was
at this date signed and made anew, and said contract shall remain in
full.force and effect until such time as the same may be hereafter can-
celed by either party under the terms and conditions as provided in said
contract.
BE IT HEREBY FUF~f HER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be
signed and executed and filed ~ri.th the Suburban Hennepin County Re7.ief
Board.
