BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
that the assessment ro11s for assessable public improvements of thus
village shall hereafter be prepared by village personnel under the direc-~
tion of the village manager,
That the village manager is hereby au•tk~orized to proceed with the
compiling of the preliminary information necessary for such assessment
ro]1s as to a1]. such pro3ects for which assessment rolls have not yet
been prepared.
That the village manager is further authorized to employ such
temporary personnel as is necessary to~assist in the preparation of
such assessment ro11s; provided that any person employed for this pur-
pose shall. not be compensated in excess of $275,00 per month and further
provided that a].7~ of the wages of persons s o employed shall be chargeable
against. and charged against the assessable improvement•pro3ects involved.
