BE ]T RESOIV ED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesata
that a new public hearing shall,. be held on Village Project No. 270 consist-
ing of the construction of storm sewers on 70th Street from Augsburg to
Woad 3~ake an the 11th day of .~.pri1, 1955 i.n the Council. Chambers of the
Village Hall. at 7:30 P~ M., and the Clerk shall. give published notice of
the hearing as required by law.
That such hearing is a rehearing as previously. advertised for Atiax~ch
21, 1955, but for which the local news~.per failed to publish ~ Second
notice as required by law.
That the new hearing is for the purpose of meeting the publication
requirements.
