RESOLt3TI0N ESTABLISHING THE VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 315 FUND;
PROVIDINCr RULF~S FQR. ITS OPERATION AND AUTHQRIZIR~'r
TRANSFERS OF FUNDS

EE IT RESOLVED bar the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
AxLnnesota, as follows
1. There is hereby established a fund to be known and designated as
Village Project No. 315 Fund.
2. The purpose of this fwnd shall be the fiaaancing of t~.e 1955 village-
wide oiling program.
3. That a17. expenditures previously made for the benefit of the 1955
village-wide oiling program shall be charged against this fund.
4. That all future expe~litures made for: the benefit of the 1855
village-wide oiling program shall. be charged against this fund.
-5. That, upon completion of the 1955 village--wade oiling pragram, and
after the fi~,1 expenditures have been made, a]1 assets and liabilities of
the V3.11age Pro3ect No. 315 Fund shall be transferred to the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund.
6. That it is antici~ted that the cost of the 1955 village~r3.de oiling
program wi11 be approximately X100,000.00 of which amount x+70,000.00 wi11 be
furniahed by a temporary transfer from the Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund and X30,000.00 will be furnished by the Liquor Store Fund.
7. That transfers of funds are hereby authorized at such tames as
funds are necessary in the Village Project Nv. 315 Fund and when funds are
available in the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund and Liquor Store Fund,
provided however, that the total of such transfers shall not exceed the
amounts s~cified in the preceding paragraph without further action by the
Village Council.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 14th
day of February, 1955.
