RESOLUTION WANING INTEREST ON SCHOOL DISTRICT
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS,
from time to time the Village of Richfield
has levied
special assessments
hereinafter described, belonging to Independent School District No.
12 for public
Improve-
ments, and
WHEREAS,
through inadvertence such special assessments have not been paid by the said
school district, and
WHEREAS,
said school
district desires to pay
said special assessments in full,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED by the Village
Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows :
1, That
the interest
on the special assessments on
the properties hereinafter de-
scribed is hereby waived,
'such property assessments and
interest being as hereinafter set
forth:
