NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD MINNESOTA:
I. THAT THE PROPOSEb IMPROVEMENT BE REFERRED TO THE G. M. ORR ENGINEERING COMPANYCONSULTING
ENGINEEa6~ FOR STUDY AND THAT THEY B£ INSTRUCTED TO REPORT TO THE COUNCIL WITH ALL CONVENIENT SPEED,
ADVISING THE COUNCIL IN A PRELIMINARY WAY, AS TO WHETHER THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS FEASIBLE, THE
AREA TO BE ASSESSED, AND AS TO WHETHER lT SHOULD BEST BE MADE AS PROPOSED OR IN CONNECTION WITH SOME
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ANO THE ESTIMATED COST OF THE IMPROVEMENT AS RECOMMENDED.
2. TWAT THE STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT LISTED IN TH18 RESOLUTION SWALL HEREAFTER BE
KNOWN A8 VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 322.
3. THAT COST8 FOR PRELIMINARY WORK BHALL BE PAID FROM THE CONSTRUCTION FUN03 SUCH COSTS TO BE
REIMBURSED WHEN FINANCING HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT
