1. That there be and there hereby is created a separate
fund to be known aril designated as the Construction Fund.
2. That the said Consation Fund shall be made a part
of the SpECial ~saessment Fonda group of funds.
3. That the said Construction Fund shall fumction in the
manner of a rewlvi.ng fund by pa~ring~ preli~.ne~ry expenses
of assessable projects and being reimbursed when snob
assessable projects have been financed.
?~. That the sum of ~10,~0.f10 be ark hereby is transferred
on a temporary basis from the Liquor Stare Fund to the said
~ Construction fund.
