RESOLIITION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON
FEBRUARY 1.l~, 1955, ON BITUMINOUS SIDEWALK, KNOWN AS
VILI~GE PROJECT N0. 318
Wf,S, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted oa the 24$h day
of January 1955, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with
reference to the improvement, by Bituminous sidewalk, as designated in
Resolution No. 081921, and this report was received by the Council on
January 21tth, 1955.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RffiOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota =
1. That the ~uncil consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a portion of the post of the improvement pursuant to M. S. ~., Section
x.29.017. to x.29.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $780.00.
2. ~ public hearing shall b® held on such proposed improvement on the
7.1~th day of February, 1955, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at
8s00 P.M., and the Clerk shall give published notice of such h®aring and
and improvement as required by law.
