RESOLUTION N0. 567
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF MONIES
FROM THE LIQUOR FUND Ta THE PERMANENT Il~F80VEMENT
REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS the village wide road oiling program is being paid for out of
the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, and
WHEREAS, there are 3,nsufficient mon3.es in said fund to complete the pay
went of cost for 195lt.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLV'~;D by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield that the sum of X32,000 be and hereby is temporarily transferred
from the' Liquor Store Fund to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to be
paid back on determination by the council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all expenditures made for the 195t~ street
oiling improvement sha3.1 be segregated for accounting purposes in a separate
account entitled tt195u Street Oiling, Village Project No. 229", and
Further that a similar segregation shall be made in connection with
Village Project No. 228, Wexler Addition.
