RESO~UTI01~ AU~i30RI~ING THE FURCH~~SE OF OUTLOT A~ .M.P.
JOHNSON'S LYNDALE SHORES ON WOOD Iu°sKE ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows: .
1. What it is hereby determined necessary and expedient to the
public health, safety, convenience and general welfare to acquire for
park and recreation purposes the following described land, to wit:
Outlot A, M. P. Johnson~s Lyndale Shores on Wood Lake
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for said Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. That whereas the owners of said lot have agreed to sell the
same to the Village of Richfield to be used for park and recreation
purposes for the sum of ~7l~.82, it is hereby determined that the same
is a fair and reasonable offer and that the same is hereby accepted.
3. That the mayor, manager, finance officer and attorney are
hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary
to effect the purchase of said lot in accordance with the terms of
said offer.
~.. That the purchase price of said lot shall be charged against
the Park Fund and that the sum of ~7~..82 be and hereby is transferred
from the Liquor Fund to the Park Fund for that purpose.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
27th day of December, 195~.e
