RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES
BE TT RESOLVES BY' THE Village Council of the Village of `Richfield,
H®nnspin County, I~3.nnesota as follows:
1. That it is hereby-determined that. the following lands in the
Village of Richfield. Hennepin County, Minnesota are necessary for.
drainage purposes to wit:
Lots 29 and 30, Block 2, "Ray's Lynnhurst Addition and
Lots 1, 2, 3 and ~i, Block 3, "Acne's Addition"
2. That whereas the owner of said lots has offered to sel]. the
same for the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars 0700.00),
IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED, That said offer is a fair and reasonable
one and the same is hereby accepted.
3. That the Village Mayor and Manager, Finance Officer and At'
torney are hereby authorized and direc~eT~ take such steps as may be
n®cessary to effect a purchase of said lots for a purchase prime of
Seven Hundred Dollars 0700.00)
That the purchase price and all expenses incident to the purchase
of said lots shall be charged against the General Fund.
That the sum of X725.00 be transferred f rom the Liquor Fund to the
General Fund for this purpose.
