WHEREAS, a petition fr~n the School Board of Independent District No.
l2, the sole owner of real property abutting upon Blocks 2, 3, 10 and 11, ~.~
.~ugsburg Perk Addition, requesting the vacating of streets.. and alleys, has
been duly filed with the Village Council, and
WHEAE~S, the council.. of the village of Richfield has set public hear-
ing for , 8:0o P. M., Monda~r9 December 6,~ lilt, and .used publication of
notice of such Dearing, and
WHERF~iS, such public hearing was duly held as advertised aril no
persons appeared ixi opposition to the proposed vacating of streets and
alleys,
NUJ THERE~'~E BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the village
of Richfield that West 71st St. from the east line of Harriet Ave., south
to the west line of Pleasant Ave. So., and Grand. Ave., from the south line
of West 70th St. to the north line of West 72nd St,, and all. alleys located
in Blocks 2, 3~ 10 and 11~ Augsburg Park Additt.an as, the same is Hour dedi-
cated and laid wit within the corporate i;m;ts- of Richfield, are hereby
vacated.
