Richfield that the Village of Richfield enter into a cooperative
agreement Frith the I~i.~masota H3.~.way De~,rtment for the installa-
tiori and maintenance of traffic control signals at the inter~ec-
tion of Trunk Higl~iay #65 and 66th Street in the Village of Richfield,
at~d that the mayor, manager, clerk and attorney are hereby authorised
to do all things necessary to execute suoh a coo~rativa agreement.
